Optical Smoke Detectors are equipped in all rooms and corridors. Detectors sense intense smoke and activate fire alarm central. Sirens go off when activated. Natural gas valve is automatically shut off. Floor sirens are activated. Main electricity is shut down. Fire dampers are controlled. Fresh air inflow to building is prevented. Two pressurizing fans on the highest floor of fire stairs are activated to let oxygen in emergency stairs. Guests and service elevators are automatically pulled down to the entrance floor where they are deactivated with rooms open, following the receipt of fire alarm signal. Emergency announcement system is activated.
Fire Fighting Spring Devices are installed two of each in deluxe rooms, and in 3 meters apart from each other in corridors, common areas and meeting halls.
Emergency Announcement System blocks the rear door in rooms, thereby preventing any possible air flow in the rooms.
Pressurizing fans are available in the highest step of emergency staircases. The fans are activated in case of fire and feed the emergency stairs with abounding oxygen.
Deluxe rooms are furnished with Halogen Free Carpets, made of natural wool, which are known to give out zero gas in case of burning.
All furniture fitted in deluxe rooms are covered with a paint that is resistant to fire for 35 minutes.
In Room Safety Measures
Panic button serves to immediately call the security and technical service officer in case of any emergency.
All guest rooms are equipped with a card entrance system with a coding system that prevents any persons other than the guests from entering the rooms.
Safe deposit boxes placed in all rooms are activated with a code, allowing guests to keep their valuable goods therein and change at any time the code that only you should know.

83 cameras are activated in total including 78 indoors and 5 outdoors cameras. 38 cameras have only night vision.

Our Hotel has been inspected 10 times on a routine basis by Johnson Diversey Consulting firm and scored high ratings every single time. Inspections conducted on 6 different categories cover storage facilities, food preparation and service, personal hygiene, dish washing, client areas and pest control. Hotel scored "96 points" out of 100 in the latest inspection.
